Registration Fees (per person)

  • WAEPS Member physicians & employees: $375
  • Non-Member physicians & employees: $545
  • Residents / Medical Students: $100

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by February 20, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. No exceptions. If your practice needs to substitute a different employee for a paid registrant from your practice, those changes may be made up to the day of the program. Contact our office for assistance. Joy Woodke, COE, OCS, OCSR Photo

Ms. Woodke is the Academy’s director of coding and reimbursement. Her 30+ years of experience in ophthalmology includes all aspects of practice management, accounting, coding and billing. She is the author of The Profitable Retina Practice series, a contributing author of the Academy coding product line and provides private consultation services. Ms. Woodke is a recipient of the Academy's Secretariat and Achievement Awards.
