Lecture 1: The(R)evolution in Glaucoma Surgery
(Dr. Gebbe)

Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Discuss the indications of incisional glaucoma surgery
  • Identify traditional glaucoma procedures used in the surgical management of glaucoma
  • Describe newer procedures classified as minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS).

Lecture 2:  Lessions learned from Glaucoma Clinical Trials
(Dr. Colby)

Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Describe the study designs of several multicenter clinical trials in glaucoma
  • Discuss the major findings of recent clinical trials in glaucoma
  • Apply results of glaucoma clinical trials to patient care.

 Those wishing to participate via webinar will be provided with that month’s login information. To claim CME credit for any of the sessions in this series, please download the credit claim form from the WAEPS website’s Monthly Meeting page and keep track of the sessions you attend. Be sure to submit that form to the WAEPS office no later than June 30, 2020. In addition, in-person attendees must sign in at each session to have their participation verified and receive credit. Note that WAEPS membership is required in order to claim credit for the series.
