Lecture 1: Advances and Controversies in the Management of Primary Retinal Detachment
(Dr. D'Amico)

Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Discuss the options for treatment of primary retinal detachment
  • Be informed as to changing trends in the management of primary retinal detachment
  • Understand the prognosis for visual recovery with various forms of retinal detachment.

Lecture 2:  Navigating Treatment Options for Macular Edema
(Dr. D'Amico)

Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Discuss the options for treatment of macular edema from several etiologies
  • Be informed as to failed management approaches which should no longer be attempted
  • Understand the prognosis for visual recovery with various forms of macular edema.

 Those wishing to participate via webinar will be provided with that month’s login information. To claim CME credit for any of the sessions in this series, please download the credit claim form from the WAEPS website’s Monthly Meeting page and keep track of the sessions you attend. Be sure to submit that form to the WAEPS office no later than June 30, 2020. In addition, in-person attendees must sign in at each session to have their participation verified and receive credit. Note that WAEPS membership is required in order to claim credit for the series.
