Joy Woodke, COE, OCS, OCSR PhotoJoy Woodke, COE, OCS, OCSR is the Academy’s director of coding and reimbursement. Her 30+ years of experience in ophthalmology includes all aspects of practice management, accounting, coding and billing. She is the author of The Profitable Retina Practice series, a contributing author of the Academy coding product line and provides private consultation services. Ms. Woodke is a recipient of the Academy’s Secretariat and Achievement Awards.

Attendance is limited to members of the Academy, AAOE, and/or state ophthalmological societies and individuals directly employed by these members.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by March 1, 2023, will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. If your practice needs to substitute a different employee for a paid registrant from your practice, those changes may be made up to the day of the program. Contact our office for assistance.
