Lecture 1: Periocular penetrating trauma- more than a "Poke in the eye with a sharp stick"

Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Identify mechanisms of injury leading to penetrating trauma
  • Identify signs and symptoms suggesting deeper problem penetration
  • Understand options for intervention and repair.

Lecture 2:  Oculoplastic case studies- coming soon to a patient near you

Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, attendees should be able to:

  • Indications for intervention in orbital hemorrhage
  • Natural history of dermis cysts
  • History of the clinical trial.

Those wishing to participate via webinar will be provided with that month’s login information. To claim CME credit for any of the sessions in this series, please download the credit claim form from the WAEPS website’s Monthly Meeting page and keep track of the sessions you attend. Be sure to submit that form to the WAEPS office no later than June 30, 2020. In addition, in-person attendees must sign in at each session to have their participation verified and receive credit. Note that WAEPS membership is required in order to claim credit for the series.
